2.  By joining and/or becoming a subscriber/member to Bob's Tips tipping service members agree and acknowledge that by using this website or mobile app, they confirm that they are over the age of 18+ (or minimum age requirement in their state to gamble) and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

3.  By becoming a subscriber to Bob's Tips members agree and acknowledge that the tips that they receive from Bob's Tips are confidential and should not under any circumstances be passed or forwarded to any third party or communicated to any other person without Bob's Tips prior written consent.

 

4.  By using this service members are aware and acknowledge that betting is a form of gambling and that gambling is risky and that members can lose their entire stake. Members agree therefore that Bob's Tips is not responsible for members’ losses and that Bob's Tips will not provide the member a refund on any gambling monies lost.

 

5.  Bob's Tips may from time to time amend these subscription terms and conditions and by continuing to subscribe after such amendments have been made members agree to be bound by the terms as amended. If at any time members do not agree to these terms they should cease their subscription immediately.

 

6.  By subscribing to Bob's Tips tipping service members also consent to receiving information, offers and links to third party websites either by email, newsletter or SMS or other phone message service. Members acknowledge that Bob's Tips may at times provide links to members to affiliate programs where Bob's Tips may earn affiliate income in the form of sales commissions, marketing fees, royalties, rebates, and points from links you click to join from this site and further agree that Bob's Tips does not guarantee the suitability, warrantability, quality, price, functionality, or safety of any products or services offered by and sold through any affiliate relationship and you agree not to hold Bob's Tips, their affiliates, owners, partners, shareholders and employees of Bob's Tips responsible for any consequences or harm arising from the purchase or use of any third party products and services offered by Bob's Tips.

 

7.  All information and personal date received by Bob's Tips in relation to your membership is confidential and will not be disclosed to another party except to complete and maintain your membership functions and requirements (for example PayPal to collect your membership fees) or expressly authorised by you or required by law.

 

8.  Bob's Tips members acknowledge that all intellectual property contained in the information you receive from us in connection with your membership belongs to and is exclusively owned by Bob's Tips, and that from time to time, or during the course of events or activities associated with your membership, Bob's Tips may use photographs and/or video containing your identity obtained from you or publicly available and all material obtained may be used in any advertisement, or merchandise by Bob's Tips.

 

9. We would appreciate you providing your feedback about our tipping services, whether it be it via email, posting via any public forum or otherwise (including any reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas etc…) you grant Bob's Tips a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable right to host, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute or publicly display such feedback in any media, and use the name that you used to originally submit this material.
